(MENAFN- Jordan Times) The family of a child who drowned in a swimming pool at the Teachers' Club in Maan Governorate, 220km south of the capital, attacked the club on Saturday, setting some of its furniture on fire.
Civil Defence Department (CDD) firefighters put out the fire, while the concerned authorities launched an investigation into the incident.
The seven-year-old child drowned on Friday in a swimming pool at the Teachers' Club, according to the CDD.
Later on Saturday, the boy's family denied any involvement in the incident.
