(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) An Iraqi woman in her fifties, a mother of three, fell to death on Friday evening from the 17th floor of Al Magaz tower in Sharjah.
According to a Sharjah Police official, the Operations Room of the Sharjah Police received a call around 7.30pm on Friday regarding the death of a 51-year-old Iraqi woman whose body was found in a pool of blood under the building where she lived with her family.
"The fall from the 17th floor caused her immediate death, even before the arrival of the police and the ambulance. The reason behind the accident is still unknown but suicide motive is not ruled out."
The body was immediately transferred to the forensic laboratory of Sharjah Police for examination to find out the reason leading to her death.
Investigations are still going on to find out more details about the deceased, who had been residing in the building for over a year.
