(MENAFN) The German airline Lufthansa is planning to sell off their LSG Sky Chefs and their IT Service Units, reported Reuters.
Talks to sell off the LSG catering unit have been ongoing and they are now at a very advanced stage.
Their hopes are to sell 49 percent of LSG catering by 2013, to a strategic partner.
Although no concrete decision have been made, a Lufthansa spokesperson said that at the current time the carrier is looking at several parts of the company to find ways to boost their competitiveness.
