(MENAFN - ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Integra Mining's (ASX: IGR) substantial shareholder Van Eck Associates Corporation is clearly still keen on the company, acquiring additional shares to bring its stake up to 6.05%, or 51.2 million shares, from 5.04%.
The company had early this month reported high grade intercepts from the Imperial Prospect, including a peak intercept of 1 metre at 91.31 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 4.41% copper within a broader 5 metres at 43.9g/t gold and 4.5% copper intercept.
Other results include:
- 6 metres at 10.28g/t fold and 1.13% copper, including 1 m3543 at 24.59g/t gold and 2.08% copper and 1 metre at 24.47g/t gold and 3.13% copper; and
- 11 metres at 3.9g/t gold and 0.09% copper, including 1 metre at 9.89g/t gold and 0.11% copper.
Results from this program and previous drilling programs at Imperial, which is part of Integra's Randalls Gold Project, located 500 metres northwest of the Majestic Gold deposit indicate that mineralisation continues over at least 190 metres strike and remains open the north, south and at depth.
