(MENAFN- Jordan Times) The Council of Ministers on Saturday endorsed the legal framework of the Governorates Development Fund during a session headed by Prime Minister Fayez Tarawneh.
The government will present the legal framework to His Majesty King Abdullah this week for approval.
Minister of State for Media Affairs and Communications and Government Spokesperson Samih Maaytah said the government's endorsement of the fund's legal framework was part of its commitment to the directive in its Letter of Designation to accelerate development projects in the Kingdom's governorates.
