(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) A gunman in southern Finland has killed one person and wounded eight others in what appeared to be a random shooting, police said Saturday.
An 18-year-old man shot at people from a low rooftop in central Hyvinkaa, some 50 kilometers (30 miles) north of the capital, Helsinki, said Markku Tuominen, officer in charge of the investigation, according to a report of the Associated Press.
The suspect was arrested early Saturday, he said. He did not resist arrest, Tuominen said.
