(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Criminal Court, chaired by Judge Wael Al-Ateeqi, has acquitted a male nurse of molesting a female patient.
Case files indicate the woman accused the nurse of touching her while she was undergoing certain procedures at a dental clinic.
However, the lawyer for the nurse asked the court to acquit his client based on the testimony of the female dentist who performed the dental procedures.
She said if the patient's allegations were true, she would have seen the incident as she was in the same place where the nurse allegedly carried out the act.
