Kuwait- 'She's no prostitute'


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Misdemeanor Court presided over by Judge Faheed Al-Ajmi acquitted a citizen, who was accused of gesturing in an immoral manner to a female citizen with the assumption that she was a prostitute, due to lack of sufficient evidences or witnesses. According to the case files, the plaintiff stated that the suspect followed her in his vehicle to the parking area of commercial complex where her vehicle was parked, and gestured immorally with the assumption that she was a prostitute. Attorney Nour Al-Baloul requested the court to disregard the statement given by the plaintiff, as there are no sufficient evidences backing her statement. Furthermore, no investigations were carried out in this regard.
