Qatar may base budget on USD65 per barel oil price: Govt


(MENAFN) Qatar's Finance Minister, Yousef Hussain Kamal, announced that the government suggests that the country's budget would be based on an oil price of USD65 per barrel, up from the previous price set at USD55, reported QNA. If the proposal is approved, it would be the first time the country changes oil pricing in its budget in three years. On another note, the minister said that this year's budget would receive a major boost. He added that inflation would average at two to three percent.
