(MENAFN - Qatar News Agency) Lusail Real Estate Development Company is taking part in this year's Hannover Messe exhibition in Germany with a forum titled "Sustainable Urban Communities and Infrastructure Technology - Lusail's Smart and Sustainable City."
The event, considered one of the largest exhibits of sustainable technology, is taking place between 23rd and 27th April.
Lusail is featuring its experience in sustainable building through its flagship Lusail City Project at the forum, which will be held in parallel with the exhibition.
Hannover Messe is focusing this year on "green intelligence"; trends and solutions for sustainable industrial production. Exhibitors from various industrial sectors will demonstrate how the smart integration of efficient processes, eco-friendly materials and sustainable products will drive future market growth. Important branches of the industry will be presenting their latest innovations and forging links with relevant areas of technology.
Commenting on Lusail's participation, Lusail Real Estate Development Company CEO Eng. Essa Mohammed Ali Kaldari said, "This exhibit offers opportunities for the exchange of ideas and visions with counterparts from around the globe;" adding that Lusail's participation comes as part of its "interest in and application of all that is green, sustainable and smart in real-estate."
Eng. Kaldari continued: "The Lusail forum taking place in conjunction with Hannover Messe is a platform to discuss what's new in one of the world's largest real-estate projects, which combines traditional and modern architecture, smart and sustainable building, to form a unique style and way of life."
Lusail will also be represented in the exhibition's key note presentation through a working paper titled "Lusail City: Horizons and Expectations," delivered by Youssef Magdi.
The paper will tackle some of urban community solutions such as integrated urban concepts, connected smart cities, financial services in urban communities and infrastructure corporations.
Hannover Messe, considered one of the world's most important technology events, is also showcasing ground-breaking innovations.
This year's edition sees the premiere of IndustrialGreenTec, the new trade fair for environmental technology.
