Dubai Land Department records 6,249 realty deals in Q1

(MENAFN) The Dubai Land Department (DLD) said that during the first 3 months of the year, around 6,249 property transactions of more than USD3.26 billion were registered in the emirate, reported Emirates 24/7.

The DLD added that in Dubai Marina, almost 974 realty deals with nearly USD544 million were registered during the mentioned period, whereas 854 transactions worth USD478 million were registered in Burj Khalifa area.

Moreover, 1,107 transactions worth USD277 million were recorded in Al Thanyah Fifth and 182 transactions of USD174.16 million were registered in Al Thanyah fourth.

It also said that Al Thanyah three registered 253 transactions worth USD86.80 million, and Palm Jumeirah recorded 330 transactions of USD438 million, in addition to 406 transactions worth USD106.4 million that were registered in Al Barsha South.

It is worth noting that DLD registered 35,297 transactions worth USD38.91 billion in 2011.
