(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has approved a license for the establishment of Abha-based International Recruitment Company with a capital of SR 100 million as a closed joint stock company.
The capital will be split into shares, each share with a nominal value of SR 10 subscribed fully by its partners.
