(MENAFN - Arab News) Hyundai has hit a new level in customer service for the car industry, with the introduction of its comprehensive Premium Assurance Program for its luxury cars throughout the Middle East region.
"I'm really pleased to announce the arrival of Premium Assurance to the region," said Tom Lee, managing director for the Middle East.
"Hyundai has always delivered great cars and has fantastic dealer support. This program shows the company's confidence in the reliability and longevity of its product line."
Customers buying a brand new Hyundai Centennial and Genesis will now enjoy a five-year unlimited mileage warranty, plus free servicing for three years or 60,000 km under the Premium Assurance Program.
Added to that, Hyundai will also include a guaranteed buy-back value, roadside assistance and provide the customer with their very own service adviser under the terms of the program.
Further benefits of the program will be added to the package by each dealer across the region. Some of these extras may include 'home to home service', free replacement car service and special finance schemes, to name a few.
"I believe this is one of the most comprehensive after sales service programs in the region today and adds yet another great reason to buy a Hyundai," added Mr.Tom Lee.
The Premium Assurance Program is available immediately to all customers purchasing a Hyundai Centennial or Hyundai Genesis through its official dealer network.
Established in 1967, Hyundai Motor Co. has grown into the Hyundai Motor Group, with more than two dozen auto-related subsidiaries and affiliates.
