(MENAFN - Arab News) The securities committee at Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) is organizing today a symposium on the outlook of Saudi stock market performance.
Four financial experts will explore the reality of stock market. They include Rashid Al-Fozan, Mohamed Al-Imran, member of Saudi Economic Society Abdulhamid Al-Amri, and financial expert Ibrahim Al-Dosari.
RCCI Board Member and Head of Securities Committee Khalid Al-Migairin said the symposium plans to diagnose the reality and future trends of Saudi stock market in light of market recovery.
The symposium will deal with positive and negative factors that have affected the performance of stock market recently in addition to other factors that may improve performance of some companies' shares and the role of share index in measuring performance of the market in the upcoming period, he said.
The experts will also explore whether the market will keep its upward trend, in terms of liquidity or trading volumes, and how investors, specially retailers, have to deal with such changes, he said.
The symposium comes in the context of RCCI's efforts to enlighten stock market dealers on how to preserve and develop their investments. It will also shed light on a number of local and international economic issues, which impact the Kingdom's economy and stock market.
