(MENAFN Press) Local Talent Key to Company Growth and Evolving Scope

Manama, BAHRAIN

Nexus Financial Services, the Bahrain arm of one of the Middle East's largest independent insurance brokers, is leading a recruitment drive to attract talented Bahraini nationals and young graduates keen on making a mark in the financial services sector.

The initiative is set to not only inspire individual success and career development, but also serve as an empathetic platform to extend a suite of much-needed insurance-based investment products such as retirement funding and education fee planning across the kingdom.

Currently Bahraini nationals tend to seek advice from banks and stand-alone insurance providers, often resulting in solutions that are not entirely tailor-made for their individual needs.

"Bahrain is a significant market for Nexus, so we are delighted to actively step up our operations here and employ qualified local advisors that can fuel our continued growth," said Emanuel Lantzos, Regional Sales Director for Bahrain, Nexus Financial Services.

"We are determined to stand out from the crowd by recruiting the very best Bahraini talent that can add invaluable skills to our organization, as well as help us gain traction in relatively untapped markets."

Nexus Group is currently on a distinct upward curve. Last year the company's general insurance business grew by 11% and life and savings by a healthy 20%.

Highlighting some of the key drivers behind the impressive growth, Nexus Group CEO Mahmoud Nodjoumi explained that the company intended to implement a host of new and valuable client propositions, including further developments in employee benefits and health insurance via authorised products developed by regulated providers.
"Bahrain is central to Nexus's ambitions, and I am certain that much of our forward momentum will be down to the talent and ambition of our burgeoning Bahraini workforce," said Nodjoumi.
