Released last year on the Openbravo Exchange, the Sysfore Human Resources & Payroll Solution is a fully integrated, native solution for Openbravo, the leading open source ERP. Extremely simple and user-friendly, this solution helps businesses optimize their workforce, and assists in processing payroll. The previous release of the Sysfore HR & Payroll Solution includes functions to maintain Employee Records, Employee Leave, Time & Attendance, Work Shifts, Teams, and to manage Payroll & Benefits. Using Payroll & Benefits, businesses can define Pay Components, process employee Payrolls and generate Salary Slips, all from a unified interface.
The latest release of the Solution has several new features for HR and Payroll management, including:
-Shift Rotation to define multiple shifts and to assign work shifts
-Loans and Advances for maintaining details of employees who have taken loans including the type of loan and loan repayment details
-Full and Final settlement to calculate the full and final settlements for employees who have resigned or have been terminated
-Additional Standard Reports, including Individual and Team Productivity tracking, Project Cost Analysis and Spend Analysis
The Sysfore HR and Payroll Solution now also includes Spanish and Arabic language packs to support Openbravo ERP customers in applicable regions. When enabled, all standard features of the Solution will be accessible in Spanish or Arabic.
Since its release last year the Sysfore HR and Payroll Solution has been downloaded close-to-100 times from the Openbravo Exchange, and is well on its way to becoming the most successful Openbravo solution.
