(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) The Qatar Exchange in the green area Monday adding 67.85 points or 0.76% to 8,999.79 points from 8,931.94 on Sunday.
The volume of shares traded up to 8,913,663 from 6,110,496 on Sunday and the value of shares was increased to QR380,152,303.10 from QR325,376,053.25 Sunday.
Top gainers were Salam International which was up 9.90% to QR11.10, Comm. Bank of Qatar rose 3.93% to QR90.00, Al khalij Commercial Bank gained 2.69% to QR19.10, National Leasing up by 1.82% to QR44.80 and ted Dev. Company by 1.79% to QR28.40.
Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector gained 143.76 and the Insurance sector rose 39.54 points. The Qatar industrial sector up 103.72 points and the Services sector was added 22.35 points.
