Jordan- Munya, JKB sign agreement to finance Dibbeen Tourism Project


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) Munya Specialised Resorts has recently signed an agreement with the Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) to obtain a loan of JD 19 million to finance its Dibbeen Tourism Project. The agreement was signed by Abdul Karim Kabariti, chairman of JKB, and Nasser Khaldi, CEO of Jordan Dubai Properties (JD Properties). Munya Specialised Resorts was established by JD Properties and the Social Security Corporation (SSC), whereby JD Properties are managing the project. The Dibbeen Tourism Project is the first eco-friendly project in Dibbeen, and is one of the largest investment projects of its kind in the North of Jordan. The project is being implemented in accordance with international and environmental best practices, with a commitment to preserving the area’s forestry and environment. The project will cover a land area of 250,000 m2, and will comprise of a hotel that will offer world-class services, in addition to villas and service facilities featuring a unique architectural design that is in harmony with the surrounding environment.
