(MENAFN Press) 3i Infotech a global financial technology solutions and services provider has successfully completed automation of Bahrain Commercial Facilities Companys (BCFC) business processes.

3i Infotech successfully deployed its comprehensive package of software systems at Bahrain Credit, which included Kastle Universal Lending (Loan Origination, Management and Collections), DataScan(Document Management System), BI in a Box (MIS & Dashboard), Premia “ Insurance management system and ORION (General Ledger Accounting System). The new systems were fully designed to help BCFC manage and automate its operations, reduce operational cost, speed up work, ensure a high level of security and improved customer service.

BCFC offers a wide range of retail financial products such as Vehicle, Mortgage and Personal Loans and recently Credit Card. 3i Infotechs integrated software system would provide BCFC a collaborative environment for information management across the company's departments and will provide up-to-the-minute information of customers whenever required.

The software package also provides BCFC with advanced real-time reports and statistics to analyze operational performance and support the decision making process. Through the systems location-independent interface, the company efficiently handles greater volumes of operations and smoothly manages work processes. This automation would enable BCFC to become a paperless office, to enhance its business process and MIS reports to serve the customer with world class services.
