Amman Stock Exchange trading report for Feb 15 

(MENAFN - Jordan Times) Monday's Trading value amounted to JD27.7 million spread over 22.4 million shares traded through 7,089 transactions.

The share price index closed at 2,491 points, a drop of 0.64 per cent.

Out of 168 companies whose shares were traded, prices of 63 entities rose, and those of 76 corporations declined.

The top five gainers were Offtec Holding Group by 4.88 per cent, Jordan Press and Publishing/(Ad Dustour) by 4.86 per cent, Zahrat Alurdon Real Estate and Hotels Investment by 4.83 per cent, Bindar Trading and Investment by 4.76 per cent and Jordan Hotels and Tourism by 4.72 per cent.

The top five losers were Jordan Poultry Processing and Marketing by 5 per cent, Specialised Investment Compounds by 5 per cent, Irbid District Electricity by 5 per cent, Arab German Insurance by 5 per cent and Jordan Trade Facilities by 4.96 per cent.
