(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Interior contractor Depa Limited said on Thursday it bagged a Dh207 million contract to fit out the Conrad Hotel Dubai which is scheduled for completion in 2011.
Depa's contract will involve fitting out 500 guest rooms and suites and the public areas including lobbies, executive lounges, two ballrooms, 11 meeting rooms and a business centre.
Depa's previous projects included Burj Al Arab, Emirates Palace and Atlantis the Palm. This is yet another exciting project to be undertaking and we are looking forward to working closely with all parties involved."
Depa shares which are listed at Nasdaq Dubai, ended 1.3 per cent higher at $0.79
on Wednesday.
