Amman Stock Exchange trading report for Sep 28 

(MENAFN - Jordan Times) Monday's trading value amounted to JD36.5 million spread over 30.3 million shares traded through 13,363 transactions.

The share price index closed at 2,671 points, a decline of 0.53 per cent.

Out of 167 corporations whose shares were traded, prices of 48 companies rose, and those of 105 dropped.

The top five gainers were Nutri Dar by 4.97 per cent, Al Fatihoun Al Arab for Industry & Trade by 4.94 per cent, Public Mining by 4.93 per cent, Union Land Development Corporation by 4.90 per cent, and Arab East for Real Estate Investments by 4.83 per cent.

The top five losers were Jordan Dubai Properties by 5 per cent, Al Qaria Food and Vegetable Oil Industries by 5 per cent, Jordan New Cable by 4.96 per cent, Resources Company for Development & Investment Plc by 4.95 per cent and Al Nisr Al Arabi Insurance by 4.92 per cent.
