The share price index closed at 2,567 points, an increase of 0.1 per cent.
Out of 168 companies whose shares were traded, prices of 88 firms rose, and those of 57 entities declined.
The top five gainers were International Ceramic Industries by 5 per cent, Public Mining by 4.98 per cent, Bindar Trading & Investment by 4.98 per cent, Jordan French Insurance by 4.88 per cent, and Al Bilad for Securities and Investment by 4.84 per cent.
The top five losers were Al Qaria Food and Vegetable Oil Industries by 4.84 per cent, Jordan International Investment by 4.71 per cent, Jordan Investment & Tourism Transport (Alfa) by 4.6 per cent, Jerusalem Insurance by 4.56 per cent, and Societe Generale De Banque - Jordanie by 4.55 per cent.
