Amman Stock Exchange trading report for Sunday Mar 22 

(MENAFN - Jordan Times) Sunday's trading value amounted to JD59.9 million spread over 28.2 million shares traded through 12,534 transactions.

The share price index closed at 2,638 point, an increase of 0.29 per cent.

Out of 156 companies whose shares were traded, prices of 81 entities rose, and those of 45 firms declined.

The top five gainers were Jordan Clothing by 5 per cent, Comprehensive Multiple Transportation by 5 per cent, Jordanian Management and Consulting by 4.97 per cent, Al Dawliyah for Hotels & Malls by 4.93 per cent, and Al Zarqa Educational & Investment by 4.92 per cent.

The top five losers were Al Jamil for Investments Co. by 5 per cent, Rum Aladdin Industries by 4.94 per cent, Ard Annomow for Real Estate Development and Investment by 4.76 per cent, Al Barakah Takaful by 4.67 per cent and Arab Real Estate Development by 4.64 per cent.
