Amman Stock Exchange trading report on Wednesday Feb 11


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) Wednesday's trading value amounted to JD46.7 million spread over 25.2 million shares traded through 14,322 transactions. The share price index closed at 2,701 points, an increase of 1.05 per cent. Out of 165 companies whose shares were traded, prices of 86 entities rose and those of 50 firms declined. The top five gainers were United Arab Investors by 5 per cent, Arab Potash by 5 per cent, Al Rakaez Investment by 4.94 per cent, First Finance by 4.94 per cent, and Arab International for Education & Investment by 4.9 per cent. The top five losers were Specialised Jordanian Investment by 5 per cent, Jordan Tanning by 4.96 per cent, Mediterranean & Gulf Insurance - Jordan by 4.92 per cent, Palaces Real Estate And Development by 4.92 per cent, and Arab Aluminium Industry/Aral by 4.82 per cent.
