BRIEF: Kingdom, Jordan sign energy deal

AMMAN, Jan 23, 2013 (Menafn - Arab News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi signed an agreement here yesterday with Jordanian Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Ala Batayneh for technical cooperation in the fields of geology and mining between the two countries.

The signing took place on the sidelines of a number of bilateral meetings by the two ministers to discuss aspects of cooperation, in the fields of energy and mining.
