Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP declares 10 May 2012 as final trading date for warrants

May 08, 2012 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Natural gas company Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP EROC announced on Monday that Thursday 10 May 2012 will be the final trading day for its warrants EROC.W in order to allow for settlement of all trades in advance of the 15 May 2012 final exercise date.

On 10 May 2012, the warrants will be suspended from trading on the exchange and will no longer be quoted, stated the company.

According to the company, any warrant that is not either sold by market close on 10 May 2012 or exercised by the final exercise date on 15 May 2012 will expire for no value on 15 May 2012.

The company added each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one of its common unit for USD6.00 on certain specified days, the last remaining of which is 15 May 2012.
