World Class Laboratories
You cannot put a band aid on a bullet wound: All too often we unknowingly pay lip service to the idea of laboratory efficiency and productivity, undertaking activities that cost more money but fundamentally hinder the process. Where we are failing to deliver results is due to a lack of clarity and certainty about what real value-add activities we should be focused on. Cost overruns, retesting, increases in waste and process inefficiencies all too common and recurring problems - are easily addressed when you understand the root cause of the problem.
World Class Laboratories training moves away from what we see on the surface; and perceive to be the problems within our laboratories. Instead, this course will dive into the heart of the matter and give you critical insights to help you achieve real, sustainable improvements in your processes, operations and workforce. World Class Laboratories will equip you with tools, practical and immediately applicable knowledge and more importantly, give you a new way of seeing and doing things.
