REMIT: What is it and how do we comply?
The REMIT Implementing Acts are due to be adopted later this year, which will start the clock ticking on large parts of these new regulations. The contents of the Act are not finalised, but there will still be only six months after adoption to comply with some of the reporting requirements. As a result it is vital that preparations begin as soon as possible.
Participants in the course will learn how to prepare for compliance by reviewing the details around the rules and requirements. Different options for implementation will be considered as well as how the different choices that are still to be made by the regulator will impact those options. By the end of the two days, participants will not only be familiar with the data requirements, but also where data can be sourced, and the different methods to get it to the regulator.
Those completing the course with be armed will all of the facts they need to enable compliance, completely, pragmatically and without excessive spend.
