Abu Dhabi, Rajab 6, 1439, March 23, 2018, SPA -- The United Arab Emirates condemned the shooting attack on the French police and the hostage-taking, which took place in the French city of Trebes, resulting in the death and injuries of a number of innocents.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in a statement issued today, expressed its full solidarity with the French Republic against terrorism, supporting all measures taken to preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents on its territory.
It reiterated the UAE's firm stance and rejection of terrorism in all its forms, expressing its condolences to the French Government, families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for the wounded.
