Canadian Foundation for Training in Scientific Research Grants Scholarships for 34 Saudi Students

Ottawa, Rajab 6, 1439, March 23, 2018, SPA -- Saudi Cultural Attaché in Canada Dr. Fawzi Bin Abdul Ghani Bukhari expressed his pride for admission of a number of outstanding students in Saudi universities for the bachelor's degree in Global Link Program for the summer of 2018.
He explained that the program provides research training grants to 34 distinguished students through research projects announced by members of the faculty of Canadian universities, under the supervision and coordination of the Foundation Mitacs, which is one of the largest Canadian national institutions interested in investment in the field of human resources and scientific research, outstanding students at Canadian and non-Canadian universities.
He pointed out that the training program will start in late May 2018 and continue until the end of September 2018, indicating that it was agreed to allocate 50 research opportunities for Saudi universities students.
The mission calls on Saudi universities to urge students to submit more applications in the future in order to obtain as many research opportunities as possible for Saudi universities.
