Geneva, Rajab 06, 1439, March 23, 2018, SPA -- The United Arab Emirates has expressed deep concern over the deteriorating human conditions in Yemen at the hands of the Houthi militias and their flagrant violations and abuses of human rights in Yemen as well as their disruption of the Arab Coalition Forces' efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
This came in the speech the UAE Permanent Representative to the UN and International Organisations Obaid Salem Al-Zaabi, delivered in Geneva before the 37th edition of the Human Rights Council as part of discussions over the 10th article of the issue of technical assistance and capacity building.
