(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) A slew of new development projects worth Dh30 billion would be rolled out in Dubai and Abu Dhabi under a joint venture between Aldar Real Estate and Emaar. These projects will be undertaken in The Groves at Saadiyat in the heart of the heritage area of Saadiyat Island, as well as Emaar Beachfront - a private island in Dubai which is located between Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Jumeirah Palm.
The signing of the partnership between the two companies was witnessed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
