Moroccan Prime Minister to lead delegation to World Water Forum


(MENAFN) The eighth edition of the World Water Forum set to take place in Brasilia March 18-23 was confirmed to be joined with a delegation led by Moroccan Prime Minister Saad Eddine El Othmani.

The Prime Minister's office revealed him to be awarding the Hassan II Great World Water Prize to the sixth winner at the opening ceremony.

The prize was also declared to be held under the subject matter "working for more solidarity and inclusion to ensure water security and climate justice."

The Moroccan delegation is to have Secretary of State for Water Charafat Afilal participating along with a number of other officials and experts, as it would be held under the slogan "share water".
