(MENAFN) A five-year extension contract of Emirates long-running shirt partnership with Arsenal Football Club (Arsenal FC) has been signed.
Dubai airline's deal with the Premier League club will be extended until the end of 2023/2024 season, according to the club's website.
"Our shirt partnership is the longest running in the Premier League and one of the longest relationships in world sport. This mutual commitment is testimony to the strength and depth of our unique relationship,'' Ivan Gazidis, Arsenal's CEO, said.
Early in 2004, the UAE-based carrier sponsored Arsenal FC through providing the airline with naming rights to the stadium until 2021, while shirts sponsorship started in the 2006/2007 season.
