(MENAFN) An agreement has been signed by Dubai-based developer Nakheel for the USD1.6 billion Deira Mall project to build its dining and entertainment areas.
United Engineering Construction (UNEC) has been presented with the USD1.1 billion construction agreement.
The developed declared construction to commence in 2018 first quarter and is to be completed by 2021.
Nakheel's chairman Rashid Lootah explained "Deira Mall combines cutting edge design, world-class facilities and a stunning location to bring a new dimension to Dubai"s retail sector."
