Canberra, 02 Jumada II,1439 AH, 18 February,2018 , SPA -- The Charge' d'Affaires of the Saudi Embassy to Australia, Minister Plenipotentiary Mishaal bin Hamdan Al-Ruqi inaugurated here yesterday Saudi Cultural Events being held by the Embassy for the 11th consecutive year at Australian National Multiculturalism Festival 2018 with the participation of 65 States.
The Saudi Chargé d'Affaires stressed the importance of participating in cultural events to convey the Kingdom's civilizational and human message of dialogue, tolerance and peace to the peoples of the world, all races and civilizations.
Al-Ruqi appreciated the roles being played by bodies supporting the Saudi events this year, especially Foreign Information Agency of Ministry of Culture and Information, Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, the embassy staff and Saudi students on scholarships.
