TURKEY: 260 KURDISH MILITIA KILLED IN AFRIN OPERATION. The Turkish offensive on the Kurdish enclave of Afrin in Syria, codenamed Operation Olive Branch, started on Saturday, Jan 20. 260 members of the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) were killed the Turkish army said.
