(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) JALALABAD (Pajhwok): Police have recovered 114 kilograms of hashish in two districts of eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Tuesday.
Police spokesman Hazrat Hussain Mashraqiwal told Pajhwok Afghan Seventy-one kilogram of hashish was recovered from a corolla car in the Daronta area of Sra Road district.
The contraband was concealed cleverly inside the car and were being transferred to Nangarhar from Kabul.
Separately, 43 kilograms of drugs were recovered by security forces during patrol from the Ghazi Amanullah Khan Township in Rodat district, he said.
