Microbus accident in Saudi Arabia: 8 expats killed, 7 injured


(MENAFN) A microbus in the governorate of Belgarshi in Saudi Arabia has crashed and killed 8 expats and injured 7 more.

The microbus was going down a steep mountainous road at Aqbat Al-Hazna when the driver lost control causing the vehicle to divert and overturn, killing eight of the 15 passengers aboard.

Al-Baha Civil Defence Media Spokesman Colonel Juma'an bin Dayes Al-Ghamdi said that in addition to the eight dead, seven migrant workers on the microbus suffered multiple injuries

Seven other expatriate workers who were on the same microbus suffered multiple injuries, said Al-Baha Civil Defence Media Spokesman Colonel Juma'an bin Dayes Al-Ghamdi.
