(MENAFN) In January 2018, cash payments are to be swapped with e-Dirham services by UAE health insurance firm Daman in its entire branches and service points.
According to Yousif Al Khanjari, chief financial officer, this transition is one of many attempts aiming at digitalizing services and making customer transactions easier.
The chief stated "digitalisation has bought about significant benefits to businesses and customers; following the testing period, we are confident that this comprehensive e-Dirham roll out will provide our customers with smoother and speedier transactions."
