Ambassador of Ukraine to Qatar, Yevhen Mykytenko, praised the continuous support that his country receives from Qatar in all international forums and at all levels, stressing that bilateral relations are progressing and growing in light of the increased mutual visits and contacts among government, commercial and cultural delegations.
The Ambassador congratulated Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the people of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day, wishing the State of Qatar more pride, progress and well-being.
He expressed hope that the year 2018 will witness mutual visits between the leaderships in both countries to further enhance political, economic and cultural relations and to sign a series of bilateral agreements between the two countries very soon in order to open up quality horizons for investors, businessmen and companies.
He also referred to the growing employment opportunities, the cancellation of entry visa requirements for Ukrainians, the launch of a direct air route between Doha and Kiev.
