(MENAFN)Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan affirmed the possibility of contacting with President Bashar Al Assad which means that there could be collaboration in the near future with the Syrian leader.
Erdogan said that "The political doors are always open until the last minute," When he was asked whether there will be a contact or cooperation with Al Assad in view of both leaders' disagreement with Syrian Kurdish fighters.
Erdogan said so after returning from a trilateral meeting with Russia and Iran to boost a peaceful settlement in Syria that took place in the Black Sea resort of Sochi on Wednesday.
