In appreciation of the hard work done by the staff in 2016, an annual gala dinner was hosted by Srinith De Silva, chief executive officer of Aitken Spence Resorts Middle East.
Addressing the staff and family members in his keynote speech, De Silva highlighted the proposed plans for expansion and upgrading of the hotel facilities and thanked the staff for their unconditional support in achieving service excellence for Al Falaj Hotel over the past years.
The staff and family members had an unforgettable eventful evening with live music, games and a splendid Gala Dinner Buffet. The Employee of the Year 2016 was selected and staff members who have completed 10 to 30 years were felicitated with trophies, medals and certificates according to their seniority.
Along with D'Silva, Harsha Theverapperuma, general manager, Abullah Zayid, senior personnel manager and the team were also present.
