Kuwaiti oil price up 4 cents to stand at USD 59.18 per barrel


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 22 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up 4 cents and settled at USD 59.18 per barrel, compared to USD 59.14 per barrel since last Monday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Wednesday.

In world markets, oil prices were up yesterday due to expectation of extending the agreement by OPEC members to lower production during their meeting next week.

Oil crude price Brent mixed was up 35 cents to stand at USD 60.57 while the US crude Western Texas oil was also up USD 41 cents and settled at USD 56.83 per barrel. (end) asj.mb
