(MENAFN- AzerNews) In Central Asia and Europe, child deaths have halved since 1990, UNICEF Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia Afshan Khan said.
Khan made the remark in Baku Nov.20 at the opening ceremony of the fourth National Children's Forum.
