Kuwait top lawmaker congratulates Kuwaiti officers on French honors
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Nov 19 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim on Sunday congratulated two Kuwaiti officers for being awarded French honorary orders in recognition of their contributions towards strengthening bilateral ties.
Al-Ghanim sent congratulatory cables to the Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti National Guard Lieutenant General Hashim Al-Refai and Lieutenant Colonel Anwar Al-Rashidi after they had recieved France's "National Order of the Legion of Honor" and "National Order of Merit", respectively. (end) fn.nam
