A diplomat from the Niger Foreign Ministry handed the letter to His Highness the Amir during a ceremony attended by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Al-Sabah, and Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Suleiman Al-Jarallah.
