Rome, Rabi'I 01, 1439, November 19, 2017, SPA -- Advisor at the Royal Court, General Supervisor of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabiah met here yesterday with Undersecretary of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Vincenzo Amendola.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Rabiah reviewed relief and humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom through the Center to affected countries and crises all over the world, especially in Yemen.
He stressed the role of the Coalition in facilitating entry and protection of humanitarian aid to all Yemeni governorates, Yemeni ports are open to receiving aid, and the Kingdom's readiness for allowing the use of Jizan port and Saudi land crossings for aid.
Dr. Al-Rabiah appreciated the role of the Italian government in supporting the legitimate Yemeni government.
They also discussed issues of common interest and means of cooperation and coordination in relief and humanitarian works between the Kingdom and Italy.
