(MENAFN) Project of electricity, gas and solar worth of USD1.04 billion is ongoing by Oman to meet the growing demand in the sultanate, a report said.
The government has launched the Musandam Gas Plant (MGP) and Musandam Power Company (MPC) through attracting domestic and foreign investments to encourage future energy-related ventures in the country.
The projects will produce 45 million standard cu ft of gas, 20,000 barrels of exportable condensates per day and 80 tons of liquefied petroleum gas each day after its completion.
